Claiming With Ledger

If your claim is failing through Ledger or MetaMask, follow these steps before trying again.

🔧 Ledger Users — Read Before Claiming

  1. Option A: Import your wallet into a different wallet app such as Trust Wallet or MetaMask using your recovery phrase, then complete your claim from there.
  2. Option B: Copy this page's link and paste it directly into your Ledger browser, then connect and claim as normal.
  3. Once connected, choose either the new Retik token or the 40% refund — your choice is final.
